Vintage
This 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was Hand-harvested and fermented over a three-week period, with twice-daily pump-overs and punch-downs until dry.
Aging
The wine was aged in a blend of 50% new and 50% neutral French oak barrels, adding structure and depth while preserving the purity of the fruit.
Terrior
Crafted from fruit grown in some of the most prestigious vineyards across Happy Canyon and the Santa Ynez Valley AVAs in Santa Barbara County, California.
